The winter boot you step into

Astrid is a slip-on. An elastic panel on each side and a loop at the heel do the work of laces, a plush collar sits around the opening, and the waterproof quilted upper stands on a flat, thick sole with a deep tread. Five colours, and every size comes with a foot length so you can measure instead of guess.

On your feet

Astrid ends just above the ankle, so a straight jean or a wide trouser falls over the collar. Let it show under a midi skirt or a knit dress, or tuck it under jeans with a chunky knit and a wool coat.

Find your size

Astrid comes in Canadian women's sizes 6.5 to 10.5 and is sized by foot length. Measure first; your usual size may be different from the table.

How to measure: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark. Do both feet and use the longer one. Pick the size whose foot length matches your measurement, or the next size up if you are in between. The table shows foot length, not the inside length of the boot.

Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each wear; for stubborn dirt, use mild soap and warm water. Air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Free tracked shipping within Canada. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days; delivery takes about 5 to 15 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay at the door.

You have 30 days from delivery to return the boots, unworn and with the tags on. Email us first at info@emmas-choice.com and we send the return instructions. For a change of mind or another size, return postage is yours. Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? That one is on us.

How do the boots close? They do not need to. An elastic panel on each side stretches as you step in, and the loop at the heel gives you something to pull on.

What are they made of? A waterproof synthetic outer, quilted, with a soft fleece lining and a plush collar around the opening. Inside is a cushioned EVA foam insole, and the boot stands on an anti-slip rubber sole with a grip pattern.

What conditions are they for? Everyday winter days in town, wet or dry. We have not tested Astrid for a temperature rating, so we do not make claims about warmth.
