10. Shipping and Delivery

Emma’s Choice works with selected fulfilment and logistics partners, including international partners.

As a result:

• Some orders may originate outside Canada

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we explicitly state otherwise.

11. Customs and Import Charges

Where duties or import charges are included in the shipping method or purchase price, you will not be asked to pay them separately.

Where reasonably possible, Emma’s Choice aims to select fulfilment methods that minimize unexpected charges.

Any known mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Eligible products may currently be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions contained in that policy.

Do not send a return to the address printed on your parcel unless our Customer Care team specifically instructs you to do so.

13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for reasonable evidence such as:

• Packaging photographs

• A short video

• Your order number

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
