If you have peeled off a damp shirt at 3 a.m. this week, this set is for you. Fabric and fit
A smooth knit of cotton and modal. Cotton gives the soft, familiar feel. Modal pulls moisture off your skin and lets it dry, so the fabric never clings. Notched collar, button front, chest pocket and fine piping; the trousers have a covered elastic waist and side pockets.

Care
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Hang dry or tumble low. No fabric softener: it coats the fibres and stops them from wicking. Fabric: cotton and modal; the exact percentages are on the label.

Will this stop my hot flashes?
No. Nothing you wear stops a hot flash. What this fabric does is move the sweat away and dry fast, so a warm moment does not turn into a cold, clinging shirt and a flipped pillow.

Will this stop my hot flashes?
No. Nothing you wear stops a hot flash. It stops the wet, clammy aftermath that wakes you: sweat moves off your skin and dries in minutes instead of soaking in.
Will it actually keep me cool?
It will not make you cold. It keeps heat and moisture from building up: the knit breathes, the modal moves sweat off your skin, and the fabric dries fast. Most women notice it in the morning first: a dry shirt and a dry pillow.
Is it gentle on sensitive skin?
Yes. Cotton and modal are smooth, plant-based fibres with no scratchy surface, and the seams are flat. If your skin reacts to new fabrics, wash it once before the first night.
I am not in menopause. Is it still for me?
Yes. Night sweats also come with stress, medication, thyroid changes, a warm partner or a warm bedroom. The set does the same job either way.
How is this different from my cotton pyjamas?
Pure cotton soaks up sweat and holds it against your skin until it dries, which can take an hour. The modal in this knit moves moisture through the fabric so it dries in minutes. The cotton half is still there for the soft feel.
Does it run small?
Yes. It is cut small. Order one to two sizes up from your usual Canadian size. The size guide shows the garment measurements in inches and centimetres.
What if the size is wrong?
Tell us within 30 nights and we send the right size, free. You keep the first one or pass it on; nothing has to go back.
How long does delivery take?
Your set ships within 2 business days and arrives in 8 to 14 days with tracking. You get the tracking link by email. Order by November 10 to have it before the Black Friday weekend.
Will I pay duties or taxes at the door?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is free and tracked.
Does it come with the pillowcase?
Not yet. The Cooling Pillowcase is coming; the set ships on its own for now.
Is it see-through?
No. The knit is opaque in all four colours, including Powder Blue.
